When you purchase raffle tickets, we collect the following information:

• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

When you sign in to Rescue Arcade, we collect your email address (via Google sign-in) to track gameplay, Paw Points, streaks, and partner perk wins.

How We Use Your Information

• To process your ticket purchases and generate raffle tickets
• To send purchase confirmations and ticket details via email
• To contact winners of raffle drawings
• To provide customer support regarding your orders

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store or have access to your full credit card information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your information is shared with service providers necessary to operate the platform (for example Stripe for payments, and email delivery for notifications).

If you play Rescue Arcade and unlock a partner perk, we may share your email address with that partner (STTR SWAG or Wag & Brew Coffee) so they can fulfill your discount and contact you about their store. We share this information only when you win a perk for that partner — not for every game play.

Your Rights
