General Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
Eligible Refunds
Raffle Cancellation
If a raffle is cancelled before the drawing date, all ticket purchases will be automatically refunded.
Technical Errors
If a technical error results in duplicate charges or incorrect amounts, we will refund the excess.
Payment Processing Errors
If your payment was processed but tickets were not generated due to a system error, you will receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability to attend or participate
- Failure to win the raffle
- Providing incorrect contact information
Refund Process
- 1Contact us at admin@somebodytotherescue.org with your order ID and reason
- 2We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- 3If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- 4Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
