Refund Policy

General Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

Eligible Refunds

  • Raffle Cancellation: If a raffle is cancelled by STTR before the drawing date, all ticket purchases will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
  • Technical Errors: If a technical error results in duplicate charges or incorrect amounts, we will refund the excess amount.
  • Payment Processing Errors: If your payment was processed but tickets were not generated due to a system error, you will receive a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to attend or participate
  • Failure to win the raffle
  • Providing incorrect contact information
  • Failure to claim a prize within the specified time period

Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Contact us at admin@sttr.org with your order ID and reason for refund
  2. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  4. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
