1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Somebody To The Rescue Raffle Platform ("Site"), you represent that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on STTR Raffle Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties; Use at Your Own Risk

The Site and all content, features, raffles, listings, and related materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Somebody To The Rescue ("STTR"), its volunteers, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

STTR does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that you use the Site voluntarily and at your sole discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of any information on the Site and for any decisions you make based on that information.

Payments and related services may be processed by third-party providers (for example, payment processors). Your use of those services may be subject to separate third-party terms. STTR is not responsible for third-party services or their acts or omissions.

4. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
• You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information
• Tickets are non-transferable

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall STTR or its volunteers, directors, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if STTR has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STTR's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to STTR through the Site for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability. If those laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply, and STTR's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Release; Assumption of Risk

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release STTR and its volunteers, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or participation in any raffle or promotion offered through the Site, including any dispute with other users or third parties. You expressly waive any rights you may have under applicable statutes or principles that would otherwise limit the coverage of this release to include only claims you may know or suspect to exist in your favor at the time of agreeing to this release.

7. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STTR and its volunteers, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Modifications

STTR reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
